Delivery questions
How delivery works
How is delivery charged?
Delivery depends on distance and on the vehicle the load needs. We include it in a single quoted price, so you know the full cost before we load.
Pickup or lorry: which do I need?
Small orders of hay, manure or silage go by pickup. Large orders, or any order going far, go by lorry. A full lorry gives the lowest cost per bale or bag.
Can neighbours share a load?
Yes. Farmers in the same area often combine orders into one lorry and split it on arrival. Tell us each drop-off point when you ask for a quote.
My county is not listed. Can you still deliver?
Often, yes, especially for full lorry loads. Send us your location and the quantity and we will tell you what is possible.
